In one year, Geojam has served as a bridge for fans to engage directly with artists, athletes, and influencers in the world of music. Geojam is the evolution of passive social media engagement (i.e., tweeting, posting, sharing, etc.), encouraging a two-way dialogue and interaction between artists, creators, and their fans with the use of gamification and real-life experiences.  Our vision is to redefine fan engagement in all industries that harness influence, including sports, fashion, cryptocurrency, gaming, art, and film/television.

• You love building beautiful mobile experiences that get people excited from the first tap

• You are a self-starter and are capable of building end-to-end features independently across the technology stack

• You build intelligent and resilient systems that fail gracefully and recover quickly

• You enjoy building a product from scratch and driving product with qualitative research

• You’re keen to explore blockchain technology, or you’ve built blockchain applications previously

• You work smart; you believe that tests and documentation increase team agility and product quality

 

What You’d Be Doing

• Design and implement new cross-platform applications and web apps while working with our existing Swift and .NET applications

• Building next-generation Web3 applications integrating our blockchain platform

• Take initiative to suggest technical improvements 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and marketing teams 

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications - creating sleek apps that push boundaries

 

Requirements

• Experience with native iOS 

• Experience building cross-platform mobile applications 

• Writes high-quality code and understands software engineering principles 

• Ability to build CI/CD pipelines and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of your code

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Have built products & features loved by millions of users

• Demonstrated passion for social technologies and blockchain

• Must be living or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, California
